QUALITY CONTROL

Duratex provides an in-depth comprehensive quality control system. From the very beginning when communicating with our customer we document to fully understand & obtain the requirements and tests to be performed on the fabrics. This information will remain in the customers portfolio from the day forward. If custom colors are required, we will provide Lab-Dips with Delta-Readings. The customer will then provide a written approval.

We then will provide a sample to assure customer satisfaction. Once we have a written approval, we start bulk production. We monitor the production process every step of the way. We understand the need to assurre we maintain the consistency in our quality.

When production is finished, prior to fabric leaving our mills; production headends, testings, Delta-readings, lab verifications are all to be confirmed to its quality. Headends are also sent to the customer. We will have a 4 point Q.C. mapping report indentifying any defects, if there are, where and what they are. Defects are flagged on the rolls and marked accordingly.

Our next stage of Quality Assurance is to arrange a third independent inspection which double checks the mills production. The third inspection is done by another outside teams. This team provides a complete overview of the quality ensuring the packaging requirements and maintaining swatches from the production runs to assure the propeties are correct. We provide this in-depth service to assure our customers are receiving good, consistent, quality fabric, every shipment.
